Shining Sugar chains are manufactured from high quality steel and heat-treated to ensure optimum characteristics of strength, corrosion, and wear resistance. They are interchangeable in all respects with corresponding high quality products supplied to the sugarcane industry. The main characteristic is: heat-treated sidebars, alloy steel pins through hardened and induction hardened for maximum corrosion and wear resistance, extra deep carburized bushing and rollers, and tight press fits for maximum fatigue resistance. For highly corrosive applications we can supply the following options: chains with sealed joints, heat treated stainless steel pins and bushings, CRO chains with hard chrome plated: pins, bushings, and rollers.
